Barry Hayes

Barry Hayes

Director of Flo Group
Barry Hayes brings more than 18 years of Supply Chain and IT Consulting experience to Flo. Prior to joining Flo, Barry held Director-level positions with Oracle and G-Log where he was instrumental in growing OTM consulting competence in Europe.

Barry has proven OTM delivery capabilities with a variety of customers. He brings with him a pedigree in Project and Program Management as well as expertise he has developed while implementing in the most demanding global logistics environments.

Barry holds a Masters in Leadership Studies and an Honors Degree in Manufacturing.
Jon Harvey

Jon Harvey

Director of Flo Group
Jon formed Cognigent in 2001, Europe’s first specialist OTM consultancy, and built the business successfully for eight years before merging with Flo in the summer of 2009.

Prior to forming Cognigent, Jon spent ten years with Apple Computer where he was responsible for European business systems. Jon has a wealth of project and program Management experience on OTM software implementations and he has led some of the world’s largest implementations to successful completion.

Jon was educated in New York and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Sussex.
Duncan Ritchie

Duncan Ritchie

Chairman of Flo Group
Duncan Ritchie joined Flo in 2007. Duncan brings specialist experience in the Supply Chain software industry. In 2000, Duncan established and ran G’Log’s G-Log International (Europe and Asia Pacific) division.

Prior to joining G-Log, Duncan spent 8 years with Manugistics Group, Inc. as Vice President of International Finance. In total, Duncan has been in the Software industry in senior executive positions for 30+ years.

Duncan Ritchie originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant, having trained at KPMG.
Michiel Keijzer

Michiel Keijzer

Director of Client Services
Michiel has been with Flo since 2008. He has over 17 years of industry knowledge, ERP implementation experience and TMS implementation competence. Prior to joining Flo, Michiel held positions with Oracle and G-Log, as well as Capgemini and Compaq Computers.

During his work with the world’s leading international supply chains, Michiel has managed some of the largest scale logistics software and consulting implementations. In recent years, he has been responsible for all client service activities within Flo.

Michiel has the proven IT delivery capabilities, project and program management expertise and business consulting skills to enable value for clients and support the successful implementation of enterprise logistics solutions. Michiel was educated in Rotterdam and holds a degree in Logistics.
Andy Cooper

Andy Cooper

Lead Principal Flo Group
Andy joined Flo in 2014. He has worked globally for some of the world’s largest companies and has over 25 years experience in logistics operations, software and consultancy.

Prior to joining Flo, Andy led supply chain consulting at Logica. During this time, he worked closely with organisations to develop logistics strategies, operational and technological roadmaps. Andy continues this work at Flo bringing notable experience and a wealth of supply chain logistics knowledge.

Andy was educated at Manchester University and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Dave Sanderson

Dave Sanderson

Practice Director
David joined Flo in 2013, bringing more than 18 years’ experience in IT consulting to the company. David has delivered complex IT solutions from custom applications through to structured ERP implementations for a variety of clients ranging from startups to global blue-chip organisations.

Prior to joining David was a Vice President at Hitachi Consulting where he ran a technology practice delivering solutions on Oracle and Microsoft middleware technologies.

David holds a Masters in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
Eric van den Born

Eric van den Born

Director Business Development
Eric has over 15 years experience in supply chain systems, solutions and practices. He has worked for various software companies and consulted for Fortune 500 companies around the world.

His expertise ranges from generic stock control, in and outbound logistics into warehousing, demand planning and the flow of goods through manufacturing processes. In the past 15 years his main focus has been on transportation, he has worked with G-Log and Oracle as a solution specialist for transportation management.

Eric is married with one son and holds a degree in Software Engineering as well as an MBA specializing in Management of Technology. He is a keen skier and sits as a board member for the Aegir sailing club in Rotterdam.
Mats Hillblom

Mats Hillblom

Lead Principal Nordics
Mats is a Project and Program Manager with over 30 years experience working with manufacturers, retailers and logistics organisations.

More recently, Mats has worked as a Supply Chain consultant bringing expertise in strategic improvement and IT systems implementation, as well as a wealth of experience in sales and distribution, transportation, warehouse systems and operations.

Mats is certified in MSP and has worked with a range of methodologies and tools. Across his career, he has worked at all levels, building from operational shop floor, to management and through to board level. Mats holds a degree in Economics, enjoys alpine skiing and golf.
Alison Hatcher

Alison Hatcher

Head of Operations
Alison Hatcher joined Flo as a functional consultant in 2007. Since then she has been key in the successful implementation and rollout of a number of logistics solutions.

Alison played a leading role in the introduction and development of the Managed Services offering within Flo Group. She brought a wealth of logistic domain and systems implementation knowledge into the supported disciplines within Managed Services. Alison has managed multiple support teams delivering service desk and continuous improvement tasks for a number of clients, and has gained an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. She is part of the core team who designed and developed the evolv product suite.

Alison holds a Masters degree in Landscape Archaeology and is an accredited member of the Institute of Field Archaeologists.
Jeremy Batchelor

Jeremy Batchelor

Supply Chain Planning and Optimisation Lead
Jeremy is a subject matter expert in the planning and optimisation of complex supply chains for some of the world's largest companies and has over 25 years' experience in logistics. He is a particular specialist in the strategic and tactical planning of multi-modal national and international networks. Jeremy has also led and delivered logistics transformation and improvement projects in transportation, warehousing, demand planning, inventory management and fulfilment in retail, wholesale, industrial, energy, defence, logistics service and other industries across many geographies.

Jeremy joined Flo Group in 2014 prior to which he held a similar position with Logica in the UK. He holds a management science degree from Salford University and a masters degree in logistics and supply chain management from Cranfield School of Management, Europe's leading centre of excellence in supply chain education.
