Barry Hayes – Chairman
Barry Hayes brings more than 18 years of Supply Chain and IT Consulting experience to Flo. Prior to joining Flo, Barry held Director-level positions with Oracle and G-Log where he was instrumental in growing OTM consulting competence in Europe.
Barry has proven OTM delivery capabilities with a variety of customers. He brings with him a pedigree in Project and Program Management as well as expertise he has developed while implementing in the most demanding global logistics environments.
Barry holds a Masters in Leadership Studies and an Honors Degree in Manufacturing.
Jon Harvey – Chief Financial Officer
Jon formed Cognigent in 2001, Europe’s first specialist OTM consultancy, and built the business successfully for eight years before merging with Flo in the summer of 2009.
Prior to forming Cognigent, Jon spent ten years with Apple Computer where he was responsible for European business systems. Jon has a wealth of project and
Jon was educated in New York and holds a degree in Economics from the University of Sussex.
Michiel Keijzer – Chief Executive Officer
Michiel has been with Flo since 2008. He has over 17 years of industry knowledge, ERP implementation experience and TMS implementation competence. Prior to joining Flo, Michiel held positions with Oracle and G-Log, as well as Capgemini and Compaq Computers.
During his work with the world’s leading international supply chains, Michiel has managed some of the largest scale logistics software and consulting implementations. In recent years, he has been responsible for all client service activities within Flo.
Michiel has the proven IT delivery capabilities, project and program management expertise and business consulting skills to enable value for clients and support the successful implementation of enterprise logistics solutions. Michiel was educated in Rotterdam and holds a degree in Logistics.
Alison Hatcher – Chief Operating Officer
Alison Hatcher joined Flo as a functional consultant in 2007. Since then she has been key in the successful implementation and rollout of a number of logistics solutions.
Alison played a leading role in the introduction and development of the Managed Services offering within Flo Group. She brought a wealth of logistic domain and systems implementation knowledge into the supported disciplines within Managed Services. Alison has managed multiple support teams delivering service desk and continuous improvement tasks for a number of
Alison holds a Masters degree in Landscape Archaeology and is an accredited member of the Institute of Field Archaeologists.
Andy Cooper – Group Commercial Director
Andy joined Flo in 2014. He has worked globally for some of the world’s largest companies and has over 25 years experience in logistics operations, software and consultancy.
Prior to joining Flo, Andy led supply chain consulting at Logica. During this time, he worked closely with organisations to develop logistics strategies, operational and technological roadmaps. Andy continues this work at Flo bringing notable experience and a wealth of supply chain logistics knowledge.
Andy was educated at Manchester University and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Dave Pain – Solution Architect
Dave has been with Flo since 2008. An IT professional with wide-ranging experience and understanding of implementing global supply chain solutions, encompassing both business consulting and technical skills. Prior to joining Flo, Dave held positions with Oracle and G-Log, as well as Motorola.
Dave has worked on a number of strategic supply chain IT projects for major organisations, including Unilever, Henkel, Schlumberger, UPM, GrowHow, Electrolux, Volvo, Tesco, DHL Logistics and Motorola. Dave was educated in Bournemouth and holds a degree in Business Information Systems.
Chris Turley – Commercial Lead
Chris joined Flo in 2015 with a background in contract law, marketing and sales development.
With experience leading product and service development, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, he now works as part of the commercial team at Flo.
Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Law from Kent University and a Masters in European Law from Maastricht University.
Giorgiana Rosca – Service Delivery Manager
Giorgiana has extensive experience in IT service delivery and onboarding new clients. She is actively involved in crisis management, organising teams and streamlining processes.
Giorgiana approaches a challenge with facts, not maybes, while still embracing the possibilities.
She’s a direct communicator who is skilled at resolving client requirements and creating a good team environment to deliver projects on time.
Jaldhi Mehta – Solution Architect
Jaldhi started his career in the role of Java and VB developer and deep dive into the world of supply chain and architecture from there on. He joined Flo in 2010 and has nearly 13 years of experience in the supply chain domain and across many different technologies.
Jadhi has managed and delivered complex logistics solutions for many clients across industries and geographies. He has been instrumental in the growth of Flo IT Services in India, continues to play a critical role in mentoring talent globally, and is a critical part of the growth of Flo Group.
Jaldhi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Commerce.
Murali Mohan – OTM Consultant
Murali has been with Flo since 2009. He has over 18 years of extensive IT Consulting experience including 14 years of Oracle Transportation Management Projects with top IT firms.
Murali has been involved in multiple successful high visibility implementation of standalone and integrated solutions. He has proven solution design and delivery skills supplemented by managerial abilities and analytical skills with strong Oracle OTM implementation skills.
Murali has in-depth knowledge of integration business logic, development tools and systems architecture and performs well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He has shown high delivery efficiently with minimal supervision while providing leadership and guidance to team members.
Murali has strong interpersonal skills essential for working with a diversity of professionals, clients and staff members.
Uppiliyappan Manickavasagam – Service Delivery Manager, Managed Services
Uppili brings with him 13 years of experience across Logistics and IT Industry. 3 yrs logistics industry experience including freight forwarding and 10 years of IT experience focusing on Implementation, Project management and Service delivery. Prior to joining Flo, Uppili held positions with Kuehne+Nagel, Xchanging and Tech Mahindra.
He has worked in logistics solution Implementation projects of world’s leading automotive manufacturer, FMCG, pharma clients and logistics service providers. He has done 5+ end to end implementations of OTM application, Managed interface migration projects. In recent years, he has been responsible for service delivery for 2 global clients and playing a pivotal role in enabling shared services support model within Flo.

Marco Koenders – Solution Architect
Marco has been with Flo since 2009. He has over 15 years of operational transport experience working at various levels of seniority, as well as over 17 years of IT logistics knowledge. Marco has supported and managed a number of highly complex TMS implementations.
Prior to joining Flo Group, Marco held positions with Oracle and G-Log, as well as ranging positions at road freight and hauling companies.
Marco is a truly great team player, able to support and guide customer before and during their implementation project stages. He has been active since 2002 as a Functional Consultant, now working as Solution Architect, Marco is responsible for complex, global and multi-modal TMS implementations across industry sectors like Paper, FMCG, agriculture, 3PL & 4PL, and automotive.
Lennard Meinders – Solution Architect
Lennard joined Flo in 2009. He has over 15 years of experience within different companies active in various industries. He has worked on end to end TMS and ERP implementation projects in the capacity of solution architect, master data specialist, project manager, team lead and trainer on both cloud and on-premise.
Lennard was educated in Arnhem and holds a degree in Marketing.
Eric Orillat – Senior OTM Consultant
Eric has been with Flo since 2011. He has 17 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, including 11 years working with OTM. Prior to joining Flo Eric has held positions with Norbert Dentressangle and DHL.
As a functional consultant, Eric possesses
Eric is an expert in the specific areas of routing & planning and container optimisation and has a vast experience in master data management, including the use of the evolv application developed by Flo Group.
Eric is a graduate of Kedge Business School (France) and holds an MSc in International Business from Aston Business School (UK).
Oliver Marx – OTM Solution Architect

Harri Ruotsalainen – Project Manager
Harri has been with Flo since 2014. He has over 20 years of experience in business transformation and software implementation projects, especially in Supply Chain & Logistics. He has also worked at all levels of operational transportation business in Finland.
Harri has a Master’s degree in Economics. Harri is a certified Scrum Master and Prince2.
John Bronjewski – Transformation Director
John Bronjewski has led Supply Chain logistics and change programmes across several industries and around the world. He is currently Transformation and Change Director at Flo Group. Whether discussing innovation strategies, Value Chain process excellence or creating a new service proposition, John is always focused on realising better business outcomes through sustainable transformation approaches.
