Michiel Keijzer – Managing Director

Michiel has been with Flo since 2008. He has over 17 years of industry knowledge, ERP implementation experience and TMS implementation competence. Prior to joining Flo, Michiel held positions with Oracle and G-Log, as well as Capgemini and Compaq Computers.

During his work with the world’s leading international supply chains, Michiel has managed some of the largest scale logistics software and consulting implementations. In recent years, he has been responsible for all client service activities within Flo.

Michiel has the proven IT delivery capabilities, project and program management expertise and business consulting skills to enable value for clients and support the successful implementation of enterprise logistics solutions. Michiel was educated in Rotterdam and holds a degree in Logistics. 

Alison Hatcher – Operations Director

Alison Hatcher joined Flo as a functional consultant in 2007. Since then she has been key in the successful implementation and rollout of a number of logistics solutions.

Alison played a leading role in the introduction and development of the Managed Services offering within Flo Group. She brought a wealth of logistic domain and systems implementation knowledge into the supported disciplines within Managed Services. Alison has managed multiple support teams delivering service desk and continuous improvement tasks for a number of clients, and has gained an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. She is part of the core team who designed and developed the evolv product suite.

Alison holds a Masters degree in Landscape Archaeology and is an accredited member of the Institute of Field Archaeologists. 

Andy Cooper – Commercial Director 

Andy joined Flo in 2014. He has worked globally for some of the world’s largest companies and has over 25 years experience in logistics operations, software and consultancy.

Prior to joining Flo, Andy led supply chain consulting at Logica. During this time, he worked closely with organisations to develop logistics strategies, operational and technological roadmaps. Andy continues this work at Flo bringing notable experience and a wealth of supply chain logistics knowledge.

Andy was educated at Manchester University and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Management Science. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Logistics and Transport. 

Liane Okhuijsen – Finance Director

Liane joined Flo in 2020 as Finance director. She has 17 years of experience in finance roles. Previously working for DRV Corporate Finance, Solveigh Corporate Development, Value Drivers, Grant Thornton, ING and Conclusion on a wide variety of complex (international) planning & control cycles, mergers and acquisitions, valuation assignments and business analyses, Liane brings a wealth of finance experience to Flo.

 Liane holds a degree in financial economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. In 2007 Liane also graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management’s Business Valuation Program, followed by the official registration as Register Valuator (RV) in 2008.

Dave Pain – Solution Architect

Dave has been with Flo since 2008.  An IT professional with wide-ranging experience and understanding of implementing global supply chain solutions, encompassing both business consulting and technical skills. Prior to joining Flo, Dave held positions with Oracle and G-Log, as well as Motorola.

Dave has worked on a number of strategic supply chain IT projects for major organisations, including Unilever, Henkel, Schlumberger, UPM, GrowHow, Electrolux, Volvo, Tesco, DHL Logistics and Motorola.  Dave was educated in Bournemouth and holds a degree in Business Information Systems.

Lennart Hoopman – Delivery Manager

Lennart has more than 17 years’ experience in logistics and complex, international IT implementations.

Starting his career as a functional consultant with a keen understanding of technology, Lennart is now an accomplished project and delivery manager offering deep experience in the set-up and running of global, large Agile implementations in challenging international environments.

Lennart was educated in Rotterdam and holds a degree in Logistics. Prior to joining Flo, Lennart held positions with Logica, TMC and Compaq Computers.

Léonard Heckmann (Leo) – Principal Consultant

Leo has been with Flo since 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain. As a functional consultant, he possesses extensive knowledge in requirements, development, design and configuration of all OTM modules.

Prior to joining Flo Group, Leo held positions with Oracle and G-Log. He has worked on all facets of large supply-chain implementations with clients such as Volvo, UPM, Geodis, Electrolux and more. His recent focus has been on freight pay/settlement module where he led the end-to-end design of freight pay solution for a large client.

Leo has an MBA in finance and marketing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, USA.

Jaldhi Mehta – Solution Architect

Jaldhi started his career in the role of Java and VB developer and deep dive into the world of supply chain and architecture from there on. He joined Flo in 2010 and has nearly 13 years of experience in the supply chain domain and across many different technologies.

Jadhi has managed and delivered complex logistics solutions for many clients across industries and geographies. He has been instrumental in the growth of Flo IT Services in India, continues to play a critical role in mentoring talent globally, and is a critical part of the growth of Flo Group.

Jaldhi holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Commerce.

Marco Koenders – Solution Architect

Marco has been with Flo since 2009. He has over 15 years of operational transport experience working at various levels of seniority, as well as over 17 years of IT logistics knowledge. Marco has supported and managed a number of highly complex TMS implementations.

Prior to joining Flo Group, Marco held positions with Oracle and G-Log, as well as ranging positions at road freight and hauling companies.

Marco is a truly great team player, able to support and guide customer before and during their implementation project stages. He has been active since 2002 as a Functional Consultant, now working as Solution Architect, Marco is responsible for complex, global and multi-modal TMS implementations across industry sectors like Paper, FMCG, agriculture, 3PL & 4PL, and automotive.

Oliver Marx – Solution Architect

Oliver has been with Flo since 2008 and has more than 20 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain. A logistics and IT professional with wide-ranging experience and understanding of implementing global supply chain solutions, encompassing business consulting, logistics and technical skills.

Prior to joining Flo, Oliver held positions with Oracle and G-Log. Before he was managing the PC software development department at DHL/Nedlloyd. Oliver has worked on a number of strategic and global supply chain projects for major companies, including UPM, PWC, APLL, Henkel, K&N.

Jeroen Meijer – Solution Architect

Jeroen joined Flo in 2012 and has over 20 years of experience in Logistics of which 14 years implementing OTM. As a Solution Architect, he designs and delivers tailor-made TMS solutions. He worked in various verticals in many countries across Europe – Third Party Logistics and Freight Forwarders, Automotive, Retailers and Chemicals.

Jeroen chiefly gets involved in orchestrating and defining business process definitions to clients and partners, develop functional and technical specifications and help the client achieve maximum potential.

Prior to joining Flo, Jeroen worked for DB Schenker as Supply Chain engineer improving their logistics processes and implementing new clients. After which he joined Oracle Consulting as a senior functional OTM Consultant.

Jeroen is an OTM Cloud Service 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist and holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Management Science.

Eddy Lowe – Technical Solution Architect

Eddy has been with Flo since 2010, but has been implementing OTM (and its predecessor GC3) since 2004, with both Oracle and GLog. After graduating with an Engineering degree in 1986 from Imperial College, Eddy has been employed in various IT roles at organisations that include Hawker Siddeley, Motorola and Vodafone.

Eddy has worked on a number of global supply chain IT projects for major organisations, including UPM, Volvo Logistics, Electrolux, Henkel, and Kuehne+Nagel. The majority of these projects have involved implementing a single instance of OTM, across a number of different counties, whilst handling large numbers of transactions. 

Gavin Watt – WMS Architect

Gavin has worked over the last 20 years designing and implementing warehouse management systems for a diverse range of companies around the world.

Drawing on his experience working as Regional Logistics Manager for United Distillers and Regional Manager at forecast and planning specialists Mercia, Gavin has developed a wealth of cross-industry functional knowledge and experience in full life-cycle project management.

Now leading Flo Group’s WMS team, Gavin is a certified Oracle specialist and practitioner of Agile PM, Prince2 and MSP.

Murali Mohan – OTM Consultant

Murali has been with Flo since 2009. He has over 18 years of extensive IT Consulting experience including 14 years of Oracle Transportation Management Projects with top IT firms.

Murali has been involved in multiple successful high visibility implementation of standalone and integrated solutions. He has proven solution design and delivery skills supplemented by managerial abilities and analytical skills with strong Oracle OTM implementation skills.

Murali has in-depth knowledge of integration business logic, development tools and systems architecture and performs well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He has shown high delivery efficiently with minimal supervision while providing leadership and guidance to team members.

Murali has strong interpersonal skills essential for working with a diversity of professionals, clients and staff members.

Jens Leu – Senior OTM Consultant 

Jens has been with Flo since 2008 and has more than 15 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain. 

As an IT professional, Jens offers wide-ranging experience and understanding of implementing global supply chain solutions, encompassing business consulting, change management and functional knowledge. 

Prior to joining Flo, Jens held positions with Oracle, GLOG and Manugistics. Jens has managed and delivered complex logistics solutions for many clients across industries and geographies including Hellmann Freight Forwarding, Electrolux, Toll Logistics, GE Oil & Gas.

Jens has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University Goettingen, Germany.

Eric Orillat – Senior OTM Consultant

Eric has been with Flo since 2011. He has 17 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, including 11 years working with OTM. Prior to joining Flo Eric has held positions with Norbert Dentressangle and DHL.

As a functional consultant, Eric possesses an extensive knowledge of all OTM modules acquired on several projects where he has designed and implemented transport management solutions for some of Flo’s largest clients.

Eric is an expert in the specific areas of routing & planning and container optimisation and has a vast experience in master data management, including the use of the evolv application developed by Flo Group.

Eric is a graduate of Kedge Business School (France) and holds an MSc in International Business from Aston Business School (UK). 

Daniel Arzo – Senior OTM Consultant

Daniel Arzo joined Flo in 2006 with an engineering degree from ISEP French Engineering School (2001) and a wide range of experience from software development in the Silicon Valley to content management IT consulting in Manchester.

During more than 14 years with Flo, he has led various full OTM implementation cycles for diverse industries. His long supply chain functional experience combined with a technical background allows him to support implementations at any level and work efficiently with business as well as with IT.

Daniel speaks fluently and has extensive experience working in English, French and Spanish.

Stefano Giommi – Senior OTM Consultant

Stefano has been with Flo since 2012 and has more than 20 years of experience in the IT world, most of them spent implementing and harmonising Supply Chain solutions in WMS and TMS area. He has covered several roles during his consultant career like Business Unit Manager, Account Manager, Project manager, Solution Architect, Technical architect.

He has a strong knowledge of OTM product and solution, supply chain process, WMS design and configuration and Mobile device on distribution/material handling. He started to implement OTM solution from 2006, delivering the first Italian project in this platform, in the Automotive/LSP area.

He has worked worldwide on several numbers of global supply chain projects for big organisations like FIAT, FCA Group, Electrolux, TNT, Gillette Group, Mazda, Camper, Ceva, Piaggio, GE Oil&Gas, Bridgestone.

Stefano has a degree in Engineering and held a position with Reply s.p.a before joining Flo.

Valeria Panunzio – Principal Consultant

Valeria has been with Flo since 2016. She has 10 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain with a focus on Oracle Transportation Management.

She is a logistics and IT professional with wide-ranging experience and understanding of implementing global supply chain solutions, encompassing business consulting, logistics and technical skills.

She has worked on several international OTM implementation projects with customers across industries such as automotive, freight forwarding, retail and manufacturing. She collaborated with heterogeneous teams and is always in direct contact with customers.

Valeria was educated in Milan and holds a Master’s in Manufacturing, Logistics and Management Engineering focused on Project Management. 

Vasudevan Gopalan – OTM Consultant

Vasudevan joined Flo in 2015. He has over 20 years of experience in IT and working with Oracle Transport Management and other supply chain products from 2003 in various capacities. He has rich experience in Product Management, Project Management, Innovations, Change Management, User Training, Team Management, Software Development and Enterprise Application Integration.

Vasudevan holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. Prior to joining Flo – he was working as Global Lead Product Manager at DHL Global Forwarding, UK.

Pavan Kumar Moka – Senior Functional Consultant & Test Architect

Pavan is a Senior Functional Consultant and Test Architect at Flo Group, with a proven track record he specialises in the implementation of OTM and end-to-end system testing. 

He has 15 years’ experience in IT over 13 years of which working with Oracle systems. He was one first certified professionals in logistics, transportation, and distribution by APICS [CLTD-2016]. He combines a deep understanding of supply chain logistics with the passion to maintain active awareness and understanding of best practices in the industry.

Pavan has held senior testing roles with many global clients. A CSTE Certified Software Tester, he has experience at all levels and with various testing processes, tools and methods. His proactive approach ensures effectiveness and he is adept at working with development and program management to prevent problems across the full testing lifecycle.

John Bronjewski – Transformation Director

John Bronjewski has led Supply Chain logistics and change programmes across several industries and around the world.

He is currently Transformation and Change Director at Flo Group. Whether discussing innovation strategies, Value Chain process excellence or creating a new service proposition, John is always focused on realising better business outcomes through sustainable transformation approaches. 

Robert Meckel – Programme Manager

Robert has joined Flo in 2019 with a strong track record in the Supply Chain area.

He has 20 years experience in Project Management in the areas of production re-location, mergers, WMS and TMS introductions. In his recent role Robert managed the global implementation of OTM for a major FMCG company.

Robert holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics and is a certified Project Management Professional of the PMI organization.

Giorgiana Rosca – Service Delivery Manager  

Giorgiana has extensive experience in IT service delivery and onboarding new clients. She is actively involved in crisis management, organising teams and streamlining processes.

Giorgiana approaches a challenge with facts, not maybes, while still embracing the possibilities.

She’s a direct communicator who is skilled at resolving client requirements and creating a good team environment to deliver projects on time.

Uppiliyappan Manickavasagam – Service Delivery Manager, Managed Services

Uppili brings with him 13 years of experience across Logistics and IT Industry.  3 yrs logistics industry experience including freight forwarding and 10 years of IT experience focusing on Implementation, Project management and Service delivery. Prior to joining Flo, Uppili held positions with Kuehne+Nagel, Xchanging and Tech Mahindra.

He has worked in logistics solution Implementation projects of world’s leading automotive manufacturer, FMCG, pharma clients and logistics service providers. He has done 5+ end to end implementations of OTM application, Managed interface migration projects. In recent years, he has been responsible for service delivery for 2 global clients and playing a pivotal role in enabling shared services support model within Flo.

Uppili has the proven consulting, project management and service delivery expertise to deliver value to clients with successful implementation of workable solution and supporting it with excellent support service delivery. Uppili is an automobile engineer and holds Masters in International Business.

Chris Turley – Commercial Lead

Chris joined Flo in 2015 with a background in contract law, marketing and sales development.

With experience leading product and service development, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, he now works as part of the commercial team at Flo. 

Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Law from Kent University and a Master’s in European Law from Maastricht University.

Karl Thorne – evolv Product Manager

joined Flo in 2012 as a Java software developer to work on the evolv application suite. Originally Karl qualified as a Naval Architect and worked for several years as a Design Engineer in a boatbuilding company, however, the IT side of the role became more interesting to him and he retrained as a software developer gaining valuable enterprise experience in the telecom and renewable energy sectors.

Since joining Flo Karl has gone on to become the evolv Product Manager and is responsible for managing the roadmap, design and development of evolv. Although Karl is not normally involved directly with implementation projects, he is on hand to advise both our customers and Flo consultants about implementation strategies using evolv and getting the most from the product’s extensive capabilities. More recently he has been involved in developing evolv to fully integrate with OTM Cloud, and also designing and building cloud-native applications to enhance OTM functionality.

When Karl is not working, he can be found afloat in his racing dinghy or coaching at his local sailing club, he also has a particular interest in all aspects of sports science.
