What will you do as a WMS Architect working at Flo?

As a WMS Architect, you are part of our WMS team and you will work in a fast-paced consulting environment with the goal of delivering high-value solutions together with your international team. You work daily on large and small WMS Projects for various international customers. The successful candidate is able to deliver full lifecycle WMS solutions and demonstrates excellent knowledge of one or more leading WMS solutions (for example Manhattan, Red Prairie, Logfire / Oracle Cloud WMS, SAP WM/EWM).

As a WMS Architect you (will):

  • Deliver full lifecycle WMS implementations by leading a team of consultants through the design, development, project management, configuration, testing and implementation and support phases.

Flo Junior Consultancy Program

OTM Senior Support Consultant / Solution Owner

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Solution Owner within the Managed Services Team, You will become the primary contact point for a given account working within a pool of Service Support Representatives, predominantly providing OTM support to multiple major European companies. The Managed Services team also provides support for internally developed applications as add-on services to OTM or a TMS.

Taking a leading role within the team, you will be expected to receive service requests from the client and work within an agreed SLA, depending on the type of SR, to manage it to a successful closure. The team works with the Key User or Super Users who provide 1st level support and any issues beyond their area of expertise would be passed to us. 

The team will also work on any minor change or enhancement requests and complete related documentation for the same including Solution Design document, Unit Testing and any related user training/handover documentation.

Your main objectives will be:

  • Overseeing client specific support contract
  • Creating a good working relationship with that client
  • Being part of any take-on activities for that client
  • Understanding and becoming subject matter expert for all the configuration, master data etc to be supported for that client.
  • Owning all Knowledge Base and Customer specific documentation
  • Including ensuring any updates are added and the documentation is kept current and accurate
  • Ensuring it is shared with all whom it is relevant to and ensuring the wider support team are appropriately skilled and informed.
  • Spans the design, development, maintenance, testing and release of changes to the production systems
  • Investigation of trends, repeated incidents etc and managing the scheduling, resourcing and implementation of resolutions to problems through the lifecycle.
  • First internal point of escalation for that client.
  • First internal point of escalation for the Support Service Representatives (SSR) (client specific issues) to escalate to SDM
  • Should the SSR experience any issues with incident resolution or CR deadlines, these should be raised to you for assistance.
  • Should the SSR experience any issues with communication with the client, these should be raised to you.
  • Monitoring of issues/tasks in line with meeting SLAs
  • Using the relevant JIRA service desk dashboard to monitor all issues to oversee:
  • All Issues are triaged in conjunction with the JIRA Data Coordinator to ensure all tickets are correctly assessed.
  • Proactive checks that SLAs will not run over/expire
  • Issues are being regularly updated in JIRA (and clients system where applicable)
  • Issue and task assignment (CRs) is realistic based on workload and capacity.
  • Attending weekly operational Meetings
  • To discuss all open tickets and any immediate risks/blocking issues.
  • Also to include ensuring update of all reports or slides for the client meeting and for internal meetings with Service Delivery Manager(s)

As we are growing and expanding our team, our Managed Services Team is looking for experienced and full-time OTM Support Consultants to join our team. As an OTM Support Analyst within our Managed Services Team, you will be working within a pool of Service Support Representatives, predominantly providing OTM support to multiple major European companies. The Managed Services team is based in Pune and also provides support for internally developed applications as add-on services to OTM or a TMS. 

As an OTM Support Analyst working at Flo you will:

  • Receive service requests from the client and work within an agreed SLA, depending on the type of SR, to manage it to a successful closure.
  • Work on any minor change or enhancement requests and complete related documentation and testing for the same
  • Work on root cause analysis of recurring issues and suggest implementation fixes where required
  • Provide guidance and support to end users to ensure the systems are used correctly and efficiently
  • Work proactively with monitoring teams to ensure issues are identified and managed before they start having a visible impact to the client.

What do you need to be successful in this job?

  • At least 3 -5 years’ relevant OTM experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge in OTM Product Functionalities & Features
  • Strong knowledge on OTM Technical areas – Agents, Stylesheet, Workflow & Screen customizations, VPD, User hierarchy
  • Strong knowledge on OTM Table structure, SQL, PL/SQL coding
  • ITIL certification or demonstratable knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred
  • Knowledge on Unix, Java, SOA and working experience in BI Publisher / FTI are considered to be a plus
  • Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis, including analysing log files and transmissions
  • Comfortable and able to work flexible (European) working hours – shift times required.

As a Techno Functional Consultant you (will):

  • Works alongside our expert team of solution architects, project managers, and developers to provide the client with quality solutions to complex problems.

What will you do as a System Analyst working at Flo?

As a System Analyst, you are part of our Managed Services team and you will work in a fast-paced consulting environment with the goal of delivering high-value solutions together with your international team.

You work closely with Solution Owners and Customer Infra team to ensure availability of the Application in terms of web/app server are maintained at the expected ITIL standards described by customer. In the run part of the managed services, you need to gather data by monitoring for the performance. Also do necessary action to resolve incidents identified during monitoring or escalate problems to SDM/Customer with high impact which needs support of other infra team or actions which cannot be done alone. Best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance are the foundations of your work and you are constantly reviewing, updating, and improving the technical documentation.

You work daily on large and small WMS Projects for various international customers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of configuration of WMS solutions (Manhattan, Red Prairie or Logfire). You have strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of business processes and are willing to travel (post-covid).

As a WMS Consultant you (will):

  • Work directly with the client project team (post covid also on-site) during configuration, testing, training and implementation phases.
  • Collect and translate the business requirements into detailed functional designs.
  • Complete WMS configuration.
  • Translate information flows and interface definitions into mapping specifications and resulting WMS functionality.
  • Manage requirement documents, issues lists, and providing project status updates.
