Delivery Management Team Bio

Gavin has 30 years of Logistics experience, starting in Operations Planning and Forecasting before working as a Regional Logistics Manager for United Distillers in Hong Kong, then joining Demand Planning software vendor Mercia, working in Singapore and USA.

Gavin then founded ASC Consulting, a WMS implementation company working with clients including Tesco, Sainsbury, Games Workshop and Michael Kors in the UK, Sweden and Netherlands. Following its acquisition by Flo Group, Gavin leads the WMS Practice and has led the team delivering all of Flo’s WMS implementations to date. Gavin has a degree in Management Science from Stirling University.
